Staff/dr look after their patients very well and provide all the necessary things or care that we need. Need to improve the waiting time as outpatient.

I arrived and felt disappointed with the reception at CT scan department. I met Jonathan and explained my case and management. He reassured me and made me feel calm and positive. He is extremely helpful, supportive and professional. She is an asset to the Royal Marsden. Thank you to Jonathan and the staff who helped me.

I have had a previous ultrasound and it was extremely painful, I have a high threshold for pain but it was unbearable. Today the 7.1.2019 I had an ultrasound with Gerald Ballo. He was fantastic, a great asset to the Royal Marsden.I was dreading if he has restore my faith.

The Reg Dr K Mudlone was friendly and thorough. I was given all information needed. The nurse (staff) Rita Okumah was efficient - her manner was good, she did a good dressing on me. She was careful. The wait 50 plus minutes to be seen was unfortunate. The receptionists were good and communicated well.
